Fitness Classes


CORE DE FORCE LIVE is the high-energy, non-contact group fitness class that mixes MMA-inspired cardio drills with explosive power moves for a full-body conditioning workout. Cardio spikes burn major calories. And your own body weight provides resistance—no equipment needed. Included in our monthly fitness class pass.

Our Bootcamp classes are designed by us for you. Each week we work something different. Some weeks we will cover pure cardio, other weeks we will focus on the legs/arms/core. These sessions are open to anyone regardless of martial arts training and are included in our monthly fitness class pass.
