Our Kicking Dragons classes are an introduction into martial arts, specifically designed for ages 3 – 8 years. In the sessions we use drills that help to develop the Physical, Intellectual, Emotional and Social skills of your child as well as Stranger Awareness and life skills such as the recovery position.

Kickboxing burns serious calories and is a really good workout for toning up the legs and the core. In each session you will work every muscle group to make sure you get a really good workout. Kickboxing is also a great way to relieve some stress with the pad work drills. Our sessions are suitable for all ability levels so even complete beginners can come along and give the sessions a go.
